$60 - $63 per hour on W2 Job Summary : Join our high-performing Developer Team, and contribute to offering the best geospatial experiences by utilizing the Client's Platform's services. We seek a passionate UX Researcher keen to support our Transportation & Logistics research program through a variety of mixed-method UX research studies. This role focuses on enhancing developer and enterprise customer products through insightful research, under the guidance of our lead UX Researcher. Key Responsibilities : Design and conduct mixed-method UX research studies, including usability tests, interviews, diary studies, surveys, and literature reviews. Synthesize insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve product design and user experience. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand research needs and integrate findings into product strategies. Manage research projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality insights. Showcase research findings through a strong portfolio demonstrating method selection, insights synthesis, and recommendations. Must-Have Skills : Strong experience in usability testing design and moderation. Proficiency in statistical analysis and survey design best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Domain Experience : Prior UX research experience in enterprise products, mapping or geospatial products, and transportation/logistics industries is highly valuable.
