Summary: As a Senior User Experience Researcher, you will collaborate with the CSI and Design teams, acting as a strategic partner to develop innovative products and services for our Outdoor & Recreation brands. You will lead all UX activities, including user research, design, and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Lead user-centered design activities across product development.
- Advocate for user-centered principles with process partners.
- Translate product requirements into meaningful user experiences.
- Conduct user research: recruitment, study design, moderation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods like usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
- Translate research data into actionable product insights.
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Perform ergonomic assessments and heuristic evaluations.
- Establish UX goals and guidelines based on research.
- Stay updated with industry trends and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Psychology, Ergonomics, HCI, or related field.
- Minimum five years of relevant UX research/design experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to apply ergonomic data to product requirements.
- Experience with diverse research methodologies and translating data into insights.
- Proficiency in usability testing and prototyping.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to learn across domains.
- Proven project management skills.
- Ability to travel internationally occasionally.
