Senior UX Designer (Digital) (HOUSTON LOCAL)

Experience : 5+ years in UX Design, including UI design Expertise in eCommerce, mobile apps, and responsive web Proficient with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and more Skills : Lead creative UX solutions driven by research and metrics Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing Strong eye for design and attention to detail Responsibilities : Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to improve digital products Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Lead A/B testing and collaborate with cross-functional teams Manage usability testing, ensuring valuable insights drive design decisions Partner with Product Managers to deliver user-centric designs and experiences Champion UX best practices and contribute to design standards across teams Requirements : Experience with user-centered design principles Ability to meet deadlines and deliver detailed, high-quality work Strong knowledge of AGILE methodologies Join us
