Senior UX/UI Designer
Join our fast-paced startup as a Senior UX/UI Designer , where you'll take ownership of creating seamless, user-centered designs that align with business goals. This role is perfect for a creative problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and loves collaborating across teams to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to craft cohesive and engaging interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design improvements.
- Lead design reviews, communicate design rationale, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Take projects from concept to delivery, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Maintain consistency across products while introducing innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong online portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Suite, and prototyping software.
- Experience working closely with engineers to implement designs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to justify design decisions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the product lifecycle.
- Start-up experience preferred, with adaptability in agile environments.
