Working closely and strategizing with SVP on business strategy and direction, identifying opportunities for department growth. Bringing in new business through personal relationships and networking. Overseeing the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, from briefing influencers to handling contracts, legal approvals, and communication to ensure successful execution and that all deliverables meet campaign objectives. Effectively tracking influencer campaigns, monitoring key performance metrics, and generating reports on campaign effectiveness. Providing actionable insights and optimization strategies to improve future campaigns and offering insight and recommendations on additional ways to measure. Serving as a thought-leader for the agency and clients by staying on top of evolving social media trends and their relevance to Gen Z audiences. Using these insights to keep our campaigns innovative & cutting-edge. Staying at the forefront of market trends and emerging media platforms, continuously refining strategies to optimize performance and growth. Developing and executing comprehensive influencer strategies on a range of clients (brand and non-profit) that align with clients’ overall goals and objectives. Leading and mentoring a team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence; establishing and evolving best practices across influencer campaigns and teams and leveraging successes to grow agency work. Managing and building upon an existing network of talent/influencer agencies, representatives and influencers. Participating in and/or leading new business meetings, creating proposals. You Should Apply if:
You have at least 10 years of talent/influencer integration experience with demonstrated success in the following areas: securing top-tier talent and influencers for paid/unpaid opportunities, developing and executing strategic talent/influencer plans, creating out-of-the-norm media moments, and managing staff. You’ve managed a team with direct oversight for at least 4 years (of those 10 mentioned above). You have a genuine interest in developing junior talent. You have a strong value and understanding of the rapid pace of consumer behavior and the influencer landscape. You have a growing list of relationships with talent/influencer representatives across a variety of verticals and know how to leverage those relationships to secure impactful talent. You are a strategic thinker, bring new ideas to the table, and love a good brainstorm. You have an innate curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit. You are incredibly organized, detail oriented and able to excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously. You’re willing to work select evenings/weekends and travel when necessary. You enjoy overdelivering rather than meeting expectations and take genuine pride in being part of something good.
Salary:
