About the Role
We are searching for a passionate and innovative Senior Vice President for Marketing and Communications to spearhead the strategic development and promotion of our college's brand on a global scale and within our community. In this pivotal leadership role, you will share our unique story and coordinate the creation of timely and impactful information while steering a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader dedicated to the values of equity, access, and social justice. Key responsibilities will include:
Media relations and brand promotion
Crisis communications management
Leading a branding and market positioning study to support a brand refresh campaign
We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in brand management, digital marketing, social media communications, and crisis management, preferably within a higher education context. You should also possess:
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships
A sophisticated understanding of the contemporary challenges in higher education
A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
Experience managing teams and multiple projects
Empathy and intelligence in crisis response
