Video Production Support Specialist

Location: Houston, Texas – Onsite

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Description:

Are you tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn? U.S. Legal Support is looking for an Video Production Support Specialist to join our Video Production team!

In this role, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience supporting legal video production and administrative tasks. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start a career in legal services, media production, or office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and distribute video and audio files from our database
• Perform basic video editing tasks to prepare clips for client delivery
• Sync legal transcripts with video and audio files
• Format and prepare transcripts for distribution
• Scan, verify, and upload documents into internal systems
• Troubleshoot basic technical or formatting issues
• Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, file organization, and internal communication
• Provide support to clients and internal teams via email and phone
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in an office, administrative, or tech support role preferred
• Video editing programs like Adobe Premiere Pro are a strong plus
• Comfortable learning new software and tools (video editing programs like Adobe Premiere Pro are a plus!)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
