Work with the global Marketing Leadership, Strategy, and our local Managing Directors to develop and execute clear and dynamic go-to-market and growth strategies that will boost our brand awareness, and thought leadership and drive valuable leadsCustomer understanding through different methods to evolve our customer segmentation and personas will lead us to define clear Jobs To Be Done and KPIsTranslate our Business Strategy into a clear and compelling Marketing Plan and the campaigns and initiatives that will bring it to lifeLead and inspire our local marketing teams to bring our global marketing plan to life on a local level with the highest standards of operational excellenceSupport our local marketing teams to develop campaigns and initiatives that will deliver their local needs to complement the global marketing efforts deployed in their marketsWork with all local (EMEA, Asia, ANZ, South America) MDs and key stakeholders to understand their local needs and nuances to develop marketing solutions that are relevant to deliver their business growth needsLead and be the guardian of our brandConduct market research and deep dives through different methods that will help us to understand trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry, customers, customer satisfaction, partners, and competitorsDefine clear KPIs for our marketing campaigns and initiatives and track the results and impact in our businessBuild processes that will streamline campaign delivery, measurement, reporting, and effectivenessProvide insights that support our Product team to evolve our solutions and develop new products that can help Channel Factory's growthIdentify and qualify potential customers and partners within the target marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partnersWork closely with our global and local sales marketing leads to conduct product demonstrations and presentations, tailoring them to the needs of local audiences and ensuring alignment with our positioning and value propositionStay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activitiesPromote Channel Factory’s value to clients and the broader marketplaceWork with marketing/research to infuse sales enablement tools with data on their industry, vertical, and companyHelp tell the story of Channel Factory’s programs after they’ve run to incentivize clients to returnRequirementsClient-side experience in Growth, Marketing and/or Digital Marketing is highly desirableB2B marketing background is helpful but not requiredAbility to operate in ambiguity and think like a client - what do they want? What is clear/unclear? What will they be compelling to buy from us that addresses their business needs?Ability to push projects forward working cross functionally in scenarios in which there are many people involved. Run point as main POCAbility to work with and guide the design team on what you need from them.
