We’re looking for a seasoned User Experience Designer who can help Findem build consumer-like workflow experiences using next generation technologies like AI/ML. This role will be exciting, challenging and meaningful, while exploring new UX frontiers – building AI/ML assistants and connected user journeys to enable frictionless productivity connecting people to jobs (an important enabler of human purpose). Our ambition is to change how the industry solves hiring with technology, one user at a time. Responsibilities:
User Research and Insights: Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions, ensuring solutions meet user needs and drive engagement. Design Strategy and Execution: Develop and deliver user-centered designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, aligned with business objectives. Collaboration and Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals. Usability and Accessibility: Test and refine designs through usability testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards for inclusive experiences. Mentorship and Leadership: Guide other designers, foster design best practices, and contribute to the growth and development of the UX team. Qualifications:
5+ years experience as a user experience designer. Experience synthesizing user feedback, and iterating on designs and prototypes until they are user-validated and engineering-ready. Communication experience and experience working with product and technical teams to develop systems, solutions, and products. Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones (Nice to have). Prior experience working in a startup (Nice to have). Prior experience in designing for business workflow products (Nice to have). Extensive experience with Figma components and prototyping. Bachelor of Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. Skills Software development, Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology.
