We’re looking for a seasoned User Experience Designer who can help Findem build consumer-like workflow experiences using next generation technologies like AI/ML. This role will be exciting, challenging and meaningful, while exploring new UX frontiers – building AI/ML assistants and connected user journeys to enable frictionless productivity connecting people to jobs (an important enabler of human purpose). Responsibilities: User Research and Insights: Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions, ensuring solutions meet user needs and drive engagement. Design Strategy and Execution: Develop and deliver user-centered designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, aligned with business objectives. Collaboration and Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals. Usability and Accessibility: Test and refine designs through usability testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards for inclusive experiences. Mentorship and Leadership: Guide other designers, foster design best practices, and contribute to the growth and development of the UX team. Qualifications: 5+ years experience as a user experience designer Experience synthesizing user feedback, and iterating on designs and prototypes until they are user-validated and engineering-ready Communication experience and experience working with product and technical teams to develop systems, solutions, and products Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones (Nice to have) Prior experience working in a startup (Nice to have) Prior experience in designing for business workflow products (Nice to have) Extensive experience with Figma components and prototyping Bachelor of Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. $135,000 - $165,000 a year #J-18808-Ljbffr
