Your Impact: The Senior Product Marketer - Healthcare is responsible for developing product marketing strategies, messaging, content, and execution plans for Rauland’s healthcare offerings. This individual collaborates closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and agency partners in the development of integrated marketing campaigns to drive downstream demand and achieve sales targets. What You'll Do: Partner with Sales and Product Management teams to develop product lifecycle marketing strategies inclusive of launch, upsell/cross-sell, and end of life activities for Rauland’s hardware, software and services offerings. Develop compelling full funnel product marketing content (sales presentations, videos, case studies, white papers, emails, etc.) aligned with buyer journeys that deliver quality sales leads. Ensure smooth execution of integrated marketing campaigns, website updates, and distributor communications. Set performance metrics, evaluate success, and optimize the ROI of marketing campaign efforts. Lead the strategy and content creation for trade shows, sponsored events, and webinars, increasing traffic and attendance. Participate in market research efforts evaluating VOC (voice of customer) and NPS (net promotor score) of end users and distributors. Apply best practice communication, project management, and change management principles across assigned activities. Guide, mentor, and lead a junior product marketer. Do You Have?... Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant discipline or equivalent experience. (Advanced degree is a plus) Minimum 7-10 years of B2B product marketing experience; preferably in healthcare or technology sectors. Highly skilled written and verbal communicator; able to facilitate complex discussions with key stakeholders. Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and partner effectively across all levels of the organization. Knowledge of Salesforce Pardot/Account Engagement, email database best practices, project management systems, website SEO/SEM, and social media platforms. Experience managing and leading marketing agencies. Ability to travel up to 10% Why Us?
