Description: The Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency (MLGCA) is seeking a qualified consultant to address bugs and operational issues and implement enhancements.
Background: The VLT Licensing Case Management / eLicensing System is an online licensing web-based portal in which an operator, manufacturer, contractor or vendor utilizes the system to submit their employee license applications and company level applications via the portal to the MLGCA.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combinations of education, training and experience.
- 5 years custom web application development expertise utilizing; .NET, C# .NET, Transact SQL, Scripting languages, and Extensible Markup Language (XML)
- 5 years of database development experience using Microsoft Sequel Server
- 5 years' experience in configuring systems for accessibility and security compliance relevant in government sector
- 2 years' experience working with the underlying systems on which web applications are developed.
- At least three (3) years of experience designing, developing and deploying Web sites and/or Web applications, including product selection, configuration, installation, maintenance, and site-specific Web development languages and relational databases.
