Position Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for growing local sales and brand awareness through a combination of in-store relationship building and strategic marketing initiatives. This hybrid position requires 50% of the time spent in stores, meeting with customers, forging partnerships, and identifying catering opportunities for social and corporate events. The remaining 50% will be dedicated to administrative and creative tasks, such as managing the media calendar, executing corporate marketing programs, developing localized content, and organizing community-based fundraising events. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Community Engagement (50%) 🤝
- Cultivate strong relationships with store-level teams and local businesses to drive catering sales. 📞
- Engage with customers and community groups to create new sales opportunities. 👥
- Proactively seek and secure catering partnerships for social and corporate events. 🎉
- Serve as a brand ambassador, enhancing customer experience and brand loyalty. ⭐
- Connect stores with local schools and organizations to facilitate fundraising initiatives. 🏫
Marketing & Administrative (50%) 📝
- Manage the media and promotions calendar to ensure timely and effective marketing execution. 📅
- Roll out corporate marketing programs and materials to store locations. 📦
- Develop creative, localized marketing content for stores and new openings. 🏪
- Track, manage, and optimize a pipeline of fundraising events and sponsorships. 💰
- Collaborate with corporate and store teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. 📊
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (hospitality/restaurant experience is a plus). 🍽️
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a hybrid work environment. 🏡
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop localized marketing initiatives. 🎯
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
