Position Overview
We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring our strategy to life. This role is perfect for a recent college graduate with a marketing or communications background who thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment. You'll serve as the glue that connects vision to execution, driving campaigns forward with a sharp eye for detail and exceptional project management skills.
This isn't a creative director role - it's about making sure everything gets done, gets done on time, and gets done well.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate high-level marketing strategy into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Own the project management process across all marketing campaigns (ticket sales, events, community outreach, etc.)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, digital, and external vendors to keep campaigns moving
- Manage content calendars, marketing schedules, and promotional timelines
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
- Track progress and measure outcomes using analytics tools and internal reporting
- Support game day marketing operations and event execution
- Stay organized, keep others organized, and bring calm to the chaos
- Organized to a fault - project management is your superpower
- Obsessed with detail, deadlines, and doing things the right way
- Passionate about marketing and communication
- Comfortable using project management and productivity tools (Asana, Trello, Google Workspace, etc.)
- A recent grad or early-career professional with a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- A team player who communicates clearly and gets stuff done
- Bonus: You love soccer and believe in the power of sport to bring people together
