As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented UX and Graphics Designer with extensive experience in building advanced digital tools that will engage customers and support our logistics operations. Job Description: We are looking for a talented UX and Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing digital products, creating captivating digital content, designing adverts, and producing documents that elevate our brand across our website, social media accounts, and other digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Digital Product Design : Create user-centric designs for digital products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all platforms. Graphic Design : Develop visually appealing graphics for digital content, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and other promotional materials. Ad Design : Design and produce effective digital adverts that capture attention and drive engagement across various channels. Document Design: : Create professional and visually appealing documents for internal use, client presentations, and other business operations. User Experience (UX) Optimization : Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize the user experience of digital products and interfaces. Brand Consistency : Ensure that all design elements align with the company’s brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity across all platforms. Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into impactful design solutions. Client Engagement : Design digital assets that enhance client engagement and effectively communicate our value propositions. Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance the quality and effectiveness of digital content. Qualifications: Proven experience as a UX Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across digital products, content, and advertising. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant software. Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability testing. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and functional. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in designing for websites, social media, and other digital platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field is a plus.
