Responsibilities of the Director of Accounting:
- Manage and train accounting team
- Month end close
- Create internal controls for the company
- Work closely with the CFO
Qualifications of the Director of Accounting:
- CPA preferred
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)
- Strong leadership experience
- Proven track record developing and implementing internal controls
- Financial services industry experience
