Our client is seeking a skilled Service Writer Manager to join their Team located in the East Houston area.
Service Manager – Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer Repair
Are you a driven leader with a passion for truck & trailer service? A growing, family-owned heavy-duty repair shop in Houston is looking for an experienced Service Manager to help expand operations and lead a skilled team of technicians.
What You’ll Do:
- Expand Our Service Offerings – Play a key role in growing into a full-service repair center, including mid-duty truck services.
- Train & Develop Technicians – Recruit, mentor, and train a top-tier team of mechanics.
- Grow Customer Relationships – Build lasting partnerships with owner-operators and fleet managers.
- Pursue Fleet Accounts – Secure new business by establishing fleet maintenance contracts.
- Oversee Daily Operations – Manage shop workflow, scheduling, and efficiency.
- Drive Profitability – Meet key growth targets with commission incentives.
