Overview
Insight Global is looking for a Technical Writer to work Remotely in Colorado. The Technical Writer position involves creating, simplifying, and maintaining clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation. Helping t o centralize all the technical documents. The Technical Writer will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure that documentation meets their specific needs. The ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content will be crucial for this role. The ideal candidate must be located in Colorado and be willing/able to work fully remote.
Pay Rage: $40/hour - $46/hour* *The pay rate for this position may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, and certifications. Additionally, the final pay rate may be contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment requirements such as background checks, drug testing, and physical examinations.

Required Skills & Experience - 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a large-scale professional setting - Experience with ServiceNow - Experience writing SOPs or How To's or any instructional writing
Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Strong written and verbal communication - Ability to communicate technical details into clearly understandable documentation
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
