We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Writer. As a Service Writer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your main responsibility will be to act as a liaison between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, assessing their needs and providing guidance on auto service options.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle's issues for service technicians.
- Provide detailed estimates and explanations of recommended repairs or maintenance services.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service workflow to ensure timely completion of work.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles, including updates on repairs, additional recommendations, and estimated completion times.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire service process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, service orders, and invoices.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
