SS&E owns and operates the San Antonio Spurs (NBA), Austin Spurs (NBA G-League), and the San Antonio FC (USL), and manages day-to-day operations of the Frost Bank Center, Toyota Field and STAR Complex.
The Franchise Communications Representative will support the execution of communications initiatives that enhance the San Antonio FC brand. This role assists the Marketing, Communications & Digital department with daily operations, events, matches, and special projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in digital best practices, including content creation across video, photo, and graphic design. The eligible candidate should meet a multitude of qualifications, including but not limited to: ability to maintain confidential documents and files, maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude and have strong organizational skills.
This role is seasonal through November 2025 or end of San Antonio FC season.
Part-time, up to 29 hours/week, $13/hour
What You'll Do:
Edit videos and graphics for content distribution using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop to support marketing and communications initiatives. Support game-day operations, including executing marketing activations, assisting with social media coverage, and assisting with press and media logistics. Contribute to the ideation, planning, and execution of San Antonio FC event marketing and communications opportunities with a focus on brand consistency and audience engagement. Track and log social media and marketing efforts to analyze performance trends and optimize future content strategies. Organize and maintain creative assets, ensuring accessibility and efficiency in content production. Who You Are:
Previous experience, education, or degree within the fields of communications, marketing, business, or sports management. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and other non-traditional hours to help to assist in content coverage. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required. Quickly recognizes, considers, and reacts to real-time and emerging social media trends and current events, while working within the brand and culture of SS&E. Strong written communication skills. Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage creative assets and tag social listening data. The ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks & problem solve. Strong customer service skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand or kneel for extended periods of time & lift 50lbs. Must be able to work outdoors during extreme weather conditions.
