Tools and Technologies: ServiceNow Platform : Service Portal Designer, Mobile App Builder, and other ServiceNow modules. Web Development : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap. Design Tools : Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma for creating wireframes and mockups.
