Promote and sell Franchise services in assigned territory, resulting in meeting or exceeding sales goals. Grow and develop our customer base by systematically identifying new prospects and cultivating relationships through routine contact, visits, and follow-ups. Use marketing materials like SERVPRO Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan to market services and highlight benefits. Responsibilities: • Meet or exceed sales quotas by executing the sales cycle, setting up appointments, maintaining contact lists, participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education (CE) courses. • Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency preparedness. • Conduct daily marketing contacts objectively. • Build customer relationships by educating them on SERVPRO's advantages. • Maintain center of influence (COI) data and identify 'Target 25' contacts for development. • Provide clear pretesting, scoping, and job estimates. • Follow up on jobs to ensure customer satisfaction. • Hold one-on-one meetings with COI's to encourage referrals. • Increase revenue by achieving sales goals consistently. Qualifications: • 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience. • Experience in sales and marketing within the service sector. • Excellent sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills. • Strong business and financial acumen with a results-driven attitude. • Proficiency with current business software. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience. • Ability to pass a background check as required by law.
