Key Responsibilities
- Define Creative Vision: Craft the artistic and cultural direction for GNZNY, GNZLA, GEN1US, and WE ROCK U!, creating festivals and campus events that captivate Gen Z and students.
- Lead Event Aesthetics: Design iconic visuals, themes, and fan experiences for GNZ festivals and WE ROCK U! campus events, ensuring global impact.
- Integrate Tech Innovation: Partner with GEN1US to infuse AI, blockchain ticketing, and immersive tech into events, setting new industry standards.
- Build Creative Teams: Recruit and lead designers, artists, and producers, fostering a culture of bold innovation.

Working Relationship with the Dream Team
