Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Pre-Press:
Create, edit, and prepare high-quality graphics for both print and digital projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and brand standards.
Production Workflow Management:
Handle pre-press setup and file preparation for various print formats, optimizing for Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) on both Mac and PC.
Printing & Finishing Operations:
Operate and troubleshoot production printers (digital, wide-format, and offset), ensuring high-quality output and efficient job completion.
Customer Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their design needs, provide creative solutions, and ensure project satisfaction.
Quality Control:
Review and proofread materials for accuracy, consistency, and print readiness.
File Management:
Maintain accurate and organized customer files, job specifications, and production workflows.
Team Collaboration:
Work seamlessly with production teams to streamline processes and meet deadlines.
General Support:
Assist with other design and print-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or the print industry.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
Experience operating and troubleshooting production printers (digital and wide-format preferred).
Strong understanding of pre-press processes, color management, and print production techniques.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong copyediting and proofreading skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
