Overview
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Working with creative staff to formulate and pitch concepts to management
Developing, designing and producing graphic art that satisfies and exemplifies brand standards
Design web pages, brochures, email templates, logos, signs, digital ads, reports, advertisements, PowerPoint presentations, corporate literature and other communication materials
Meeting tight deadlines and ability to in a fast-paced environment with heavy design demands
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and PowerPoint etc. Premier Plus and After Effects a Plus)
Knowledge of typography, color and production
Continuous learning to keep skills and industry knowledge current
Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies, new brands, new projects with short notice
Other responsibilities may include website and micro-site design, technical documentation layout, such as installation manuals, white papers, forms and data sheets, press checks, product photography, and video a plus.
Required Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
Minimum 5 years design experience
Strong computer and software skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint and Canva etc. Figma, Premier Plus and After Effects a plus)
Effectively collaborate with team members from multiple geographies/time zones to complete work
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, simultaneous projects and deliverables
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrated creative talent, passion for detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Able to manage multiple projects at a time, ability to work on multiple brands/product lines
Art production experience mandatory
Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
Resourcefulness in solving problems
Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
Ability and desire to continually learn and adapt skills to meet industry and company standards
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reports To: Graphic Designer Manager
Environment:
Ability to solve complex practical problems
Must be able to simultaneously manage several objectives, and reassign priorities
Deal with a wide variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to think strategically and develop strategic plan
Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
