About the job

We need a reliable, friendly, organised and motivated individual to support our architectural team. The successful candidate will have previous experience, ideally in an architectural practice, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role covers Studio Management, Marketing, Finance, and HR (a more detailed list will be available at interview):

Studio management:

• first point of contact for directors
• assisting architects with administrative tasks and document control
• studio maintenance and housekeeping
• greet visitors, set up meetings, answer calls
• statutory obligations, including health & safety
• quality assurance

Marketing:

• assist directors with PR
• assist with creation of brochures, presentations and submissions to potential clients
• organise PR events

Finance:

• book-keeping
• liaising with accountants
• invoicing clients
• assisting with fee proposals, payment schedules, forecasts and accounts
• assisting with payroll
• managing online accountancy programme (AccountEdge Plus or similar)

Human Resources:

• managing HR including office policies
• monitoring timesheets (CMAP) and annual leave
• assisting with recruitment

Salary package:

Salary dependent on experience
