As an Assistant at Simmons Media, you will be a pivotal support role, working closely with the owner to ensure the seamless execution of marketing tasks for our clients. Your tasks will encompass a range of responsibilities, including calling leads/appointment setting, video editing, Google Spreadsheets management, content scheduling, invoicing, Notion scheduling, email marketing/management, file organization, amongst other tasks to help the daily execution of operations at Simmons Media. Maintain and organize data in Google Spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes. Video Editing: Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is a PLUS Social Media Management: Collaborate with the team to create, schedule, and post engaging content on various social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and effective audience engagement. HubSpot Management: Assist in managing HubSpot, including blogs, and content scheduling. Notion Control and Management: Maintain and update Notion for scheduling, project tracking, and collaborative team efforts. Email Scheduling/Review: Assist in scheduling and deploying email campaigns via MailChimp/ActiveCampaign to ensure proper segmentation and audience targeting. Maintain order and organization of digital assets and files on the company's hard drives for easy accessibility. Newsletter: Reformat content the team creates to be accessible via newsletter. Bachelor’s degree or working toward a degree in marketing, communications, or related field is Preferred. Knowledge of social media management and content scheduling. Familiarity with HubSpot, MailChimp, and TikTok is a plus. Creative mindset and an eye for design. Competitive hourly rate. Flexible scheduling.
