About the Role In this role you will be a member of the creative team who is the leader of brand voice, creative storytelling and expression across all brand marketing. You will be developing seasonal brand stories, big ideas and innovative marketing programs to inspire customers and the brand vision. You will create attention-grabbing ideas that will entice the consumer and develop campaigns designed to stand apart from competitors. What You'll Do Create visual content and develop and design graphics for digital, including paid advertisements, social media, and site. Drive seasonal campaign development and integration across all customer touch points. Partner cross functionally each season with brand marketing and merchandising to help develop compelling marketing strategies and programs in line with the brand vision. Ensure brand consistency. Maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms and ensure designs align with the Gap’s identity and goals. Who You Are Follow design trends and best practices. Have an eye for fashion and editorial and present competitive inspiration. Highly detail oriented. Work well in a fast environment with ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work accordingly. Strong presentation etiquette. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Anticipate operational/program issues and develop preventative measures. 3+ years of graphic design experience in fast-paced creative environments. Excellent proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite. The ability to create light motion graphics is a huge plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
