Dive into an exciting role as a Performance Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you'll ride the waves of success alongside a dynamic team. Your mission? To play a critical role in driving growth and revenue by targeting, engaging, and converting B2B and B2B2C prospects through data-driven marketing strategies. This new position will focus on researching high-value accounts, developing and managing paid advertising campaigns, and creating lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture prospects and customers. This position will be central to optimizing marketing performance, enhancing ROI, and contributing to the organization's overall business goals.

This role will be located in Ontario, with the options of working hybrid from our amazing location at Catalyst Commons in Kitchener, or working remotely if not in the Kitchener/Waterloo region. We can't wait to welcome exceptional individuals that will bring their skills and passion to our team!
How Will You Make an Impact:
Prospect Research
- Identify and research potential B2B accounts for targeting based on business needs, demographics, and behavior.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other platforms to build high-quality prospect lists.
- Develop insights into target industries and buyer personas to inform marketing strategies.
Paid Advertising
- Design, execute, and optimize online ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing to improve ad creative, targeting, and overall performance.
- Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ensure campaigns align with organizational goals.
Email and Lifecycle Marketing
- Develop and implement nurture email campaigns to engage and convert prospects and customers.
- Design onboarding flows to provide new users with a seamless introduction to the product/service.
- Create upsell and cross-sell campaigns to drive revenue from existing customers.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to improve effectiveness.
Strategy and Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Provide actionable insights based on data to refine marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure innovative and effective marketing practices.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or a similar marketing tool is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with measurable success.
- Experience in prospect research and lead generation within B2B industries.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Braze, or similar platforms.

- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Using conversion data to optimize ad targeting and improve ROI.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Braze (or other CRM/marketing automation platforms).]
- Creating and automate email campaigns using segmentation tools to enhance engagement
- Strong skills in creating compelling ad copy and email content.
- Write high-converting ad headlines and email subject lines that improve CTRs.
- Coordinating the launch of an email nurture campaign while managing paid ad A/B testing.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, content, and product teams.
- Partnering with the sales team to align targeting criteria for a high-impact lead generation campaign.
- Developing data-driven strategies that align with the organization's goals.
- Identifying underperforming customer segments and implement tailored email flows to re-engage them.

The compensation for this position is in the range of $85,000 to $ 110,000 CDN. The compensation range is based on the minimum level of work experience and qualifications as listed above. This salaried position requires a minimum of 40 hours of work per week. More senior candidates may apply but note that the salary for the position has been set at the range listed.
