The Opportunity
Simpplr is looking for an experienced director of corporate communications to drive an enterprise-scale revenue marketing performance framework that helps Simpplr achieve its next level of growth.
Reporting to Simpplr's Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for public relations and establishing a social media strategy to support Simpplr's brand and reputation. You will drive a proactive digital and social media strategy to tell Simpplr's story and elevate our brand. You will also focus on social monitoring, rapid response and digital community engagement.Your Job ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing:Leading Simpplr's public relationsDevelop a proactive social media content strategy for Simpplr's corporate brandPartner across Simpplr to develop and implement digitally integrated communications strategiesIntegrate social media as a channel into all major company-wide initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teamsEstablish digital community engagement capabilitiesBe responsible for social monitoring around key reputational issues, crisis management, and rapid response in a timely mannerAct as a decision maker for rapid response with an understanding of what type of content or users warrant a replyReport on social media performance with actionable insights on an ongoing basisPartner with relevant technology and security teams internally to ensure social media channels are always secure and compliantWork closely with Legal & Compliance team to obtain content approvals and ensure social media practices adhere to regulatory requirementsHelp to coordinate Analyst RelationsYour SkillsetWhat makes you a great fit for the team:10+ years of hands-on public relations experience10+ years of experience developing and leading social media strategiesExperience developing and leading LinkedIn strategies and campaignsProven track record managing both organic and paid social media across current and emerging platformsFlawless written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present complex concepts in a concise and understandable wayStrong storytelling experienceExperience using social monitoring tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch)Exceptional attention to detailStrategic and creative thinking aptitude; desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, entrepreneurial environmentGood judgment and impeccable ethicsAnalyst relations experience preferredWe'd especially love to hear from you if:

The starting base pay for this role is between $160,000 - $240,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
