Job Description: Cleaning Specialist (Charlotte, NC)
Location: On-Site in the Greater Charlotte Area. May require travel with prior notice.
Pay: $20/hr
Terms: Max 40 hours/week, dependent on project schedules.

About the Role
As a Visual Observer, you will assist the remote pilot by monitoring the drone during flight and providing support as needed. You will also perform flatwork pressure washing services.
Responsibilities
- Perform flatwork pressure washing
- Assist in pulling hoses and setting up the job site
- Manage and adjust settings on the cleaning trailer
- Monitor the drone during flight
- Charge batteries
- Manage the job site
- Handle crowd control and relations
Preferred Qualifications
(Not required, but more qualifications may increase hourly pay)
- Pressure washing experience
- Softwashing experience
- Visual observer experience
