We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our growing Global Marketing team-a 60-person global group dedicated to building our brand and delivering exceptional work across Services, Industry, Events, Account and Partner marketing.
Who You'll Work With
In this role, you'll manage multiple high-impact projects spanning creative, storytelling, and content teams. You'll be responsible for planning and leading project execution while ensuring all key elements-timelines, scope, resources, and budgets-are managed efficiently. As a central player in our workflow, you'll keep projects on track, enhance collaboration, optimize processes, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a problem-solving mindset who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality work while fostering teamwork and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Plan and lead all aspects of creative production projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, scope management, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with teams and stakeholders, aligning on scope, providing regular status updates, facilitating feedback, and proactively addressing issues.
- Monitor project progress against plans, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on status and trends to stakeholders.
- Establish structure and consistency within project teams, allowing for greater focus on execution and minimizing process-related inefficiencies.
- Lead and facilitate key meetings, including project kick-offs, stand-ups, stakeholder reviews, and action-item follow-up discussions.
- Foster collaboration, strengthen team relationships, and proactively address challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
- Partner with the program management team to establish and maintain foundational cadences, processes, and best practices across the project management organization.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience managing teams to successfully deliver multi-workstream projects.
- Strong cross-functional experience working across marketing, creative, content, and storytelling. (Agency experience is a plus!)
- Expertise in managing scope, schedules, and budgets with precision.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive decisions and results.
- A knack for details-you connect the dots, identify scalable solutions, and keep teams aligned.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with audiences of all levels.
- Experience with project management best practices and tools.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $82,000 to $105,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
