Overview
CEO Communications Support : Partner closely with the Executive Communications lead to support CEO communications activities, including speech preparation, logistics, and coordination.
Social Media Content : Create executive social media content, capturing strategic insights in a clear, compelling voice, tailored for social channels
Executive Briefing Materials : Own the creation of briefing documents and backgrounders for executive speaking engagements, media interviews, and partner meetings.
Communications Activity Tracking : Build and maintain a master tracker of communications activities and speaking engagements for top Snowflake executives.
Event and Platform Research : Conduct in-depth research to evaluate and prioritize external events, forums, and awards opportunities for executive participation.
Cross-functional Messaging Alignment : Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, PR, IR, and product to collect, shape, and distribute aligned messaging and talking points.
Message Library Management : Maintain and update a centralized library of executive messaging and content assets.
Internal Communications Support : Provide support for All Hands meetings, company-wide internal news videos, and other communications for our employee audiences.
ABOUT YOU:
3–6 years of experience in communications, content strategy, or marketing—preferably in a high-growth tech environment
Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with senior leaders under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail with a passion for storytelling and strategic thinking
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
Familiarity with enterprise technology, data, and AI a plus

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive
