This is an in-office position based in Brea, CA, and not eligible for visa sponsorship.
We're looking for a
Marketing Project Coordinator
who's ready to support 19 unique and dynamic brands in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to own projects. If you enjoy checklists, thrive collaboratively, and have innovative ideas, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: Execute campaigns to increase member engagement and loyalty Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop compelling materials Work with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage deliverables Monitor campaign performance and optimize results Gain expertise in membership perks across brands Maintain organization with trackers, templates, and playbooks Participate in special projects and assist team members as needed What We're Looking For: Experience in project management or campaign execution A self-starter who asks questions and speaks up in a busy environment Detail-oriented with strong deadline management skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with digital tools like Excel, CRM systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus) A creative thinker with curiosity about marketing and customer engagement Why You'll Love It Here: Work across 19 brands, with diverse daily challenges Opportunities for growth and learning Make a tangible impact on member retention and brand visibility Collaborate with a talented, supportive team Encourage and celebrate your ideas #CGH Pay Range: $29—$31 USD About Champions Group: Champions Group is a nationwide provider of essential home services, specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
