We are seeking a talented Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to join the SoFi Technologies Talent Development team. This position will be responsible for designing and developing innovative, engaging content and curriculum for company-wide programs, including manager enablement, leadership development, performance and rewards, and employee experience.
What you’ll do:
- Design and develop learner-centered curriculum and content for various talent development programs, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles and organizational goals.
- Create engaging, interactive e-learning modules and blended learning experiences using cutting-edge instructional design methodologies and tools.
- Implement data-driven approaches to evaluate program effectiveness, leveraging analytics to inform continuous improvement of learning initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences, including managers and executives, using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, People Team Centers of Excellence, and senior leadership to identify development needs and opportunities.
- Contribute to change management strategies by developing targeted learning interventions that support organizational transformation.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design or Learning Sciences; or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in learning experience design, with a proven track record of creating impactful learning programs in a global, corporate environment.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning theories, and e-learning best practices.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to design innovative learning solutions that address complex organizational challenges.
- Strategic Thinking: Skill in aligning learning initiatives with broader business objectives and talent strategies.
- Analytical Acumen: Capability to interpret data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in learning programs.
- Collaboration: Adeptness at working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving fintech environment and manage changing priorities.
- Technology Savvy: Keen interest in leveraging emerging learning technologies to enhance program effectiveness.
- Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to design inclusive learning experiences for a global, diverse workforce.
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
Pay range: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00
Payment frequency: Annual
