The Social Media & Marketing Manager drives our brand’s online presence, customer engagement, and digital sales through strategic initiatives. This role blends expertise in graphic design, photography, and digital marketing with analytical skills to craft compelling content, design visually striking materials, execute marketing campaigns, and spearhead eCommerce efforts to increase online revenue and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Management
- Develop and implement dynamic content strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Google).
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and enhance engagement.
- Create high-quality graphics, photography, and video content tailored to target audiences.
- Oversee Google Performance Max campaigns, driving traffic and conversions.
- Monitor online reviews and comments, promptly addressing inquiries to maintain brand reputation.
Marketing & Design
- Collaborate with the President and General Manager to execute visually compelling designs that resonate with our brand.
- Design and produce printed materials, including brochures and conference collateral.
- Create digital assets for online distribution while adhering to brand and style guidelines.
- Develop video and animation content to support marketing initiatives (preferred but not required).
- Ensure all design projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
- Capture and edit professional photography for marketing campaigns, product showcases, and brand storytelling.
- Coordinate photoshoots and video production to align with marketing objectives.
eCommerce & Website Management
- Spearhead and manage eCommerce efforts to increase online sales and revenue.
- Optimize website content, product listings, and user experience to enhance conversion rates.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing) to drive eCommerce traffic and sales.
- Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments.
- Identify new opportunities for online revenue growth, such as partnerships, promotions, and advertising strategies.
- Ensure website updates, including promotions, menus, and special offers, are compelling and optimized for engagement.
Sales & Business Development Support
- Support sales initiatives by identifying leads and aligning marketing efforts with business goals.
- Participate in sales meetings, contributing to business development strategies.
- Foster seamless alignment between marketing, sales, and overarching business objectives through effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, photography, digital marketing, or eCommerce (hospitality experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and WordPress.
- Strong skills in SEO, SEM, eCommerce analytics, and tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo).
- Expertise in photography and photo editing tools (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Exceptional creativity, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to write engaging content and collaborate across teams.
- Experience in video editing and animation is a plus.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
