Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to drive our brand's online presence. This role is responsible for developing compelling content, managing social media platforms, and engaging with our audience to enhance brand awareness and customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, excellent storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, edit, and publish engaging content for company websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Create and manage social media campaigns that align with company goals, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media to foster engagement and enhance brand reputation.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to develop innovative content strategies.
- Assist in designing promotional materials, graphics, and videos to support marketing efforts.
- Track and analyze social media and website performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with company initiatives and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital trends and suggest new ways to engage with customers online.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing engaging content across various platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and content management tools.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
- Understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
