POSITION SUMMARYThe Marketing Communications Manager for ClearCorrect North America will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that enhances brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports ClearCorrect's business objectives. This role will oversee key marketing activities such as social media management, event coordination, trade shows, and product launches while serving as the primary liaison between the marketing team and field sales.Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and legal to ensure compliance and alignment with overall business strategies. The Marketing Communications Manager for ClearCorrect North America will bring creativity and organizational excellence, ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand representation across multiple platforms. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESThis position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:•Social Media Ownership: Develop and implement the North America social media strategy across all major platforms. Leverage these platforms to support marketing initiatives, including KOL and education events, trade shows (such as AAO), and other promotional efforts to drive ROI.•Content Creation & Copywriting: Serve as the primary copywriter for social media content, email campaigns, flyers, collateral, advertising, and field communications, ensuring alignment with ClearCorrect's brand messaging.•Field Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for the field sales team, assisting with finding resources, addressing questions, and offering guidance on marketing processes.•Pitcher Platform (Content Sharing) Management: Oversee content, organization, updates, and communication on the marketing side of the Pitcher platform to ensure field teams have access to the latest marketing materials.•Trade Show & Event Management: Lead the coordination and execution of trade shows and events, managing responsibilities such as sponsorships, swag, attire, and offsite events, including dinners at AAO. Ensure seamless collaboration with corporate teams.•Project Management for Key Initiatives: Develop Annual Marketing Calendar. Own and manage key annual meetings, utilizing project management software (such as ASANA) to track progress, update teams, and ensure deadlines are met.•DSO Creative Project Management: Oversee creative projects for Dental Service Organizations (DSO), including educational events. Coordinate with teams to ensure successful execution.•QualPrint Portal & Vendor Management: Lead the QualPrint portal, managing vendor relationships, overseeing inventory of marketing materials, and making decisions on reorders, delisting, and creating new field resources.•Product Launch Collaboration: Partner with the downstream Product Manager on all product launches, balancing technical and marketing/communication requirements to ensure successful launches. MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIESThis position will not have management responsibilities.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.•3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media management. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS•3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or a related industry.•Experience managing or coordinating trade shows, events, or sponsorships.•Familiarity with content management systems for field team engagement and material sharing/tracking.•Experience working with legal teams on marketing approvals or regulated communications.•Strong understanding of trends in digital marketing and advertising, including paid campaigns and media.•Experience in managing vendors and external creative agencies, including owning budgets with tracking.•Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, with the ability to support marketing automation efforts.•Proven track record in successfully executing product launches or marketing campaigns.•Strong writing and editing skills with experience in copywriting, especially for digital platforms (social media, email campaigns, etc.).•Demonstrated ability to manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and implement marketing strategies. Comfortable with approval processes (ex.
