EEO/AA JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Manager's responsibilities include coordinator recruitment efforts for the New Settlement YouthBuild program. This includes developing and maintaining a digital and social media presence. The Marketing Manager will present the organization online and in-person at events to promote the program and bring awareness to the community and potential candidates to increase enrollment. Also represent our organization at trade fairs, organizing media events, fundraising, and coordinating volunteer activities. To be a successful Marketing Manager, you should have excellent presentation skills, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should also be skilled in graphics and design software and in handling administrative duties.
