The internship will be a semester commitment (Aug-Dec) with a possible extension for additional semesters if interests and client work allow. If you're dependable, self-motivated, and knowledgeable about social media and content creation, this is a great opportunity to gain professional experience in a dynamic agency setting. What You'll Do: Develop and review content for agency and client social media calendars Assist in compiling metrics reports Assist with social media program planning, creation, and execution Provide community management support Research information as directed by department staff What You'll Bring: Junior or senior standing in a post-secondary institution, majoring in public relations, journalism, mass communications or a related field. Availability 8-15 hours/week, with most of that time to be on location in the Lincoln office on Tuesdays/Wednesdays. Previous internship or work experience in social media, especially in content creation. Desire to work in the field of social media or social media marketing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
