Social Media Coordinator
to help implement strategic initiatives and grow brand awareness across digital platforms. This role is part of the
84 Lumber marketing team
and is responsible for ensuring a consistent brand voice while cultivating an engaged social media community. The ideal candidate is passionate about corporate brand development and understands the power of digital marketing in shaping and amplifying a brand's presence. They should be creative, proactive, and highly organized, with a strong ability to manage deadlines and drive results. Exceptional communication, writing, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities
Essential Functions Oversee and execute social media campaigns across all platforms, including daily content creation, posting, engagement, and promotional sharing. Develop, edit, and produce engaging social-first content, including videos and copy. Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand guidelines. Identify opportunities to highlight user-generated content and brand storytelling. Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and industry partners to develop impactful content. Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms. Manage 84 Lumber's presence on social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and Pinterest. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts and optimize strategies accordingly. Manage paid search and display campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Additional Competencies Expertise in Google Analytics, with the ability to set up tracking, analyze data, and generate insights. Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads), and other digital advertising channels. Hands-on experience with website content management systems (CMS) and maintaining digital properties. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop digital marketing performance reports and translate data into actionable insights. Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, including list management, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Proficiency with project management and team collaboration tools, such as Monday to manage workflows and campaigns efficiently. A passion for technology and social media with a keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends. Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various digital platforms. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration. 2+ years of specific experience related to the essential functions of the job
