Overview
: The Marketing Coordinator at The Illinois Hammer Injury Attorneys is responsible for managing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring the effectiveness of our campaigns across various platforms. The role involves both strategic and operational tasks aimed at driving brand growth and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
:
Social Media and Digital Strategy
: Oversee the social media team member, implement strategies to boost engagement, monitor analytics, and suggest new ad campaign avenues to reach new audiences. Manage the social media budget and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
Vendor and Partnership Management
: Maintain relationships with marketing vendors and third-party services. Evaluate new marketing offers, manage lead vendor relationships, and identify potential community partnerships to extend our branding reach.
Creative Content Development and Maintenance
: Coordinate the development of creative content for social media, TV, and billboards. Track creative collateral and rotate content as needed to keep fresh messaging on TV, YouTube TV, and billboards.
Campaign Execution and Calendar Management
: Confirm that marketing duties are completed monthly using the firm’s marketing calendar. Plan and execute recurring marketing efforts.
Performance Analysis and Adjustments
: Review and analyze marketing performance metrics and suggest data-driven adjustments to improve lead generation, decrease costs, and increase conversion rates.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, CRM systems, and analytics.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
