Overview
We're looking for smart, strategic, innovative Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you'll be involved in various aspects of social media community management, work collaboratively with all implementation teams developing engaging content on the major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn), knowing the ins and outs of growing followers and acquiring new customers and be active in social listening and monitoring. Be fully immersed in the world of social media influencers, and comfortable mixing and mingling with them in the DM's.
- Manage social media channels, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries
- Optimize tactics to increase social media followers/engagement and drive path to purchase
- Work with creative team to ensure production of on-brand visual assets
- Maintain ongoing relationships with relevant influencers in the beauty space as well as complementary categories
- Assist with integrated content partnership negotiations
Requirements
You should have at least 1-2 years working in the social space (that said, if you're a social genius, please contact us). We thrive on working with people who are collaborative, deeply know the social space and are hungry to increase their knowledge.
