The Position
Rudin seeks a talented and multifaceted Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. Reporting to the Creative Director of Graphic Design, this role will be responsible for executing high-quality visual designs across digital and print platforms to support Rudin’s corporate branding and marketing initiatives for its office, retail, and residential properties.
The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, typography, and digital design. This person should be an adaptable, proactive problem solver who can work well under pressure and within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to Rudin’s marketing materials. This position is based in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, email campaigns, social media assets, signage, and branded collateral for Rudin’s office, residential, and retail properties.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials, adhering to Rudin’s newly developed corporate brand guidelines while maintaining high design standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Graphic Design, Marketing Team, and external partners to execute creative solutions that align with Rudin’s business objectives.
- Marketing activities include (but are not limited to) contributing to the visual and design elements and materials, as well as strategies for property and asset marketing targeting lead generation/tenant acquisition, tenant retention and engagement, broker awareness, product positioning and branding, placemaking and experiential amenitization, advertising, campaign development and deployment across robust media mix, creative content development, sponsorships, brand collaborations and innovative digital marketing and social media deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and design excellence.
- Develop and refine templates for recurring marketing needs, such as leasing and tenant communications, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Retouch and edit images for use across marketing channels, ensuring high-quality visual presentation.
- Stay current with design trends, real estate marketing best practices, and emerging digital tools to keep Rudin’s brand and materials competitive in the industry.
- Assist in print production coordination, ensuring all materials are prepared correctly and meet brand specifications.
- Support event branding and marketing needs, including invitations, digital displays, and promotional materials.
- Contribute to digital projects, including website assets, email marketing templates, and interactive media.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within real estate, architecture, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics strongly preferred).
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills, with experience creating visually compelling, on-brand marketing materials.
- Experience in print production, digital design, and email marketing.
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines while introducing new ideas that elevate the brand.
- Strong attention to detail, time and project management, and organization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take creative direction and translate it into high-quality design work.
- Experience with real estate marketing materials, property branding, or leasing campaigns.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a bonus but not required.
Total Compensation
- The base annual salary range* for this position is $100,000 - $115,000
- Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus
