DescriptionA premier boutique luxury real estate team based in New York City seeks a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our high-performing group. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead and organize current marketing functions, and contribute creatively to new marketing strategies. You'll work closely with the Director of Operations and CEO and will have an instrumental role in launching a real estate book in the second half of 2025.Compensation:Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000Bonus OpportunityGrowth PotentialPaid Time OffHybrid Schedule (3 days in office)Responsibilities•Content Creation: Oversee video production, edit content, and create engaging graphics for team members.•Podcast Management: Act as production liaison, manage guest sourcing, and handle distribution.•Social Media: Execute content strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok for both the team and CEO, focusing on engagement across platforms.•Media Calendar: Manage the strategy and scheduling of posts for team and CEO.•Email Marketing: Create and distribute monthly newsletters to our client base.•Webinars: Design, create, record, and distribute webinars for educational and marketing purposes.•PR & Media Relations: Work with external PR vendors to elevate the team's presence and liaise with PR for the book launch.•Website Management: Oversee blog content creation and website maintenance for the team's website and associated platforms.•Mentorship: Provide social media training to team agents to enhance their personal brand.•Speaking Engagements: Coordinate speaking opportunities and appearances for the CEO.•Reporting & Analytics: Deliver reports and performance insights on all marketing efforts.Qualifications•Proven track record of leading sophisticated marketing programs in real estate or related industries.•Extensive experience in graphic design, copywriting, and content creation.•Expertise in social media strategy and engagement across multiple platforms.•Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.•Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.•Proactive, positive, and growth-oriented with a passion for innovation.•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.•Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining creativity.•Must be available for in-person work in Manhattan, Monday through Friday.
