Social Media Content Creator (Part-Time, Temporary)
CenCal Health is urgently seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator for a part-time, temporary role (25-30 hours per week, Monday – Friday), with an anticipated end date of May 23. This position is open to candidates residing in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, or Ventura counties, as it may require community presence in these areas.
Key Responsibilities: Create original content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, aligned with branding guidelines.
Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement and awareness.
Monitor trends, track engagement metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and approval.
Research and share relevant healthcare and policy updates from key stakeholders.
Manage posting schedules, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
Qualifications: Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta, Canva, Adobe Suite).
Experience with graphic design, photography, and videography.
Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adapt strategies.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
