Our client, a prominent financial technology solutions provider, is seeking a remote Customer Marketing Campaign Manager to drive growth, manage campaigns, and . This contract to hire offers the potential for full-time hire, though conversion is not guaranteed. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights and personalized messaging to optimize customer engagement and maximize lifetime value.

Key Points

• Lead customer marketing campaigns focused on revenue growth, retention, and expansion.
• Utilize Pardot and other marketing automation platforms to execute and optimize campaigns.
• Develop and manage account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, ensuring targeted outreach and cross-channel orchestration.
• Plan and execute webinars and virtual events using ON24, managing content, promotion, and follow-ups.
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and drive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

About You

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, specializing in customer marketing and campaign management.
• Proficient in Pardot and marketing automation tools, with hands-on experience in campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM), including targeting, messaging, and strategy implementation.
• Experience in webinar and virtual event management, from planning to execution.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure success and optimize performance.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
