DreamOn Studios Summer Internship Program

At DreamOn Studios, we don’t just tell stories—we craft stories that move and inspire change. This summer, we’re inviting 2 college-aged students to join us for an immersive, hands-on internship experience like no other. Whether you’re an aspiring film director or a handy production assistant, this is your chance to collaborate with our Dream Team—a group of creatives with over 75 years of combined experience in making dreams come to life. 🎬 

Internship Details 

Duration: 6/2/25 – 8/1/25

Schedule: Flexible part-time schedule (20-30 hours/week)

Compensation: Flat stipend structure based on living conditions + college credit if requested 

Out-of-state interns: Housing provided + a lower stipend.

Local interns: A higher stipend, as housing won’t be needed.

Location: In-person, Warsaw, IN (relocation required by start date) 

Who We Are Looking For

We’re on the hunt for self-starters and motivated creatives who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative film environment. Dream big with us if you want to: 

• Shoot & edit fresh content for our social media channels and “Stories That Move” podcast. 
• Collaborate with our editors to craft compelling stories & animate video graphics for our clients. 
• Jump into various production roles and support our film team on set. 
• Join weekly team meetings to pitch ideas and grow your presentation skills.
• Keep our studio and gear organized and ready for action.

A few requirements for the internship:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as Adobe Premiere & After Effects.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of college or experience in a related field.
• A passion for storytelling, innovation, and making an impact.
• Strong communication skills and grit.
