Responsibilities
- Create and implement a clear social media strategy based on business goals, metrics, and analytics in collaboration with the Content and Creative Team and stakeholders
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and social promotion
- Responsible for developing the social media calendar on a 2-4 week basis, i.e., plans are submitted for approval 2-4 weeks in advance of posting
- Responsible for executing all social posting in accordance with the approved 2-4 week plan
- Responsible for daily monitoring of Social Platforms: responding to comments and questions, deleting hateful comments, checking direct messages, responding when appropriate, and actively engaging with our audience
- Responsible for daily monitoring tagged posts and mentions in stories, looking for valuable user-generated content to share with our audience.
- Scope out all creative assets and work with Project Manager and Brand Manager to ensure curated content is delivered on time and on brand for all social platforms
- Research current trends and successful styles for content as you assist the designers and Creative Director in curating our social media platforms
- Define and track important social media goals
- Work alongside Brand Manager to develop a social growth strategy for each artist
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Assist and execute marketing campaigns
- Measure Data insights within every campaign
- Produce error-free content that adheres to the company's style guidelines
- Work hand in hand with Content Coordinator to develop and execute all visuals for social
- Continually audit our main platforms to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
- Travel to events, recordings, and any other event the Creative Director sees fit
Requirements
- Should possess a demonstrated ability to translate strategy into effective tactics
- Able to explain complex data in an understandable way
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and social media
- Understanding of best copywriting practices
- Strong understanding of digital media and platforms
- Familiarity with web/graphic design and brand awareness
