Description Position at Inspire Home Loans What You'll Do:Parkway Financial Group, (a Century Communities, Inc. company) is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist for our Newport Beach, CA office. In this role, you will support the development and execution of our marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and enhance communication with our customers and partners for Inspire Home Loans, Parkway Title, IHL Escrow, and IHL Home Insurance.Your Key Responsibilities Include:Work with the Marketing Manager to develop the general marketing plan and budget and focus on plan execution.Coordinate with Corporate Marketing team to execute creative briefs and manage marketing collateral requests.Manage online and social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.Develop creative, engaging, and educational content ideas to increase brand awareness.Assist in managing company website to ensure it is up to date and relevant, with engaging and educational content, such blogs, and videos.Help drive customer engagement by optimizing campaign workflows, automation, and content strategies for impactful interactions and conversions.Manage internal communication between Parkway Financial Group and Builder partners.Create and review all customer facing communication to include eBlast, text, and standard correspondence.Ensure all marketing initiatives follow compliance and regulatory standards.Assist in producing and editing internal mortgage podcast to increase engagement between Builder and Lender.Record and manage introductory videos for new Loan Officers as part of our broader communication strategy.Develop and implement a proactive reputation management strategy to enhance and maintain positive brand image on key digital platforms.Collaborate and build relationships with the Builder division marketing teams to further expand Parkway Financial Group's presence.Perform other duties as needed or assigned.Occasional travel required.What You Have:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Ability to think creatively to identify problems and recommend solutions.Excellent interpersonal, professional, and communication skills.Project management skills, including strong problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to quickly adapt to new assignments and deadlines.Well-versed in current and emerging social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.Experience using project management & social media scheduling tools. (BaseCamp, Monday.com, and Brand Watch).Knowledge of image and video editing software, such as Canva & Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with media production projects.Strong understanding of visual elements, with an eye for detail.Demonstrated experience in writing copy content.Familiarity with CRM & Marketing Automation tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Your Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.About Parkway Financial Group:As an affiliate of Century Communities-one of the nation's largest homebuilders and industry leader in online sales-we strive to make the dream of homeownership possible. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience.
